Passion Fruit Bavaroise

Ingredients:
1 Can of condensed milk
1 Box (2 packets) of orange jelly
12 Passion fruits
1 Litre of water

Preparation
In a bowl, dissolve the two packets of jelly in 500ml of boiling water.

Add 500ml of cold water.

Then, add the condensed milk slowly and stir until well mixed.

Finally, add the passion fruits, stir and put in the fridge to set and chill.



Pineapple soaked in Passion Fruit Liquor

Passion Fruit Liquor

Preparation
Cut in cubes as much pineapple as you wish, cover the fruit with passion fruit liquor. Then, put it in the fridge overnight.
