Passion Fruit Bavaroise


1 Can of condensed milk

1 Box (2 packets) of orange jelly

12 Passion fruits

1 Litre of water



In a bowl, dissolve the two packets of jelly in 500ml of boiling water.

Add 500ml of cold water.

Then, add the condensed milk slowly and stir until well mixed.

Finally, add the passion fruits, stir and put in the fridge to set and chill.
